All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final costs may vary if the scope of the project changes or if unforeseen issues (e.g., structural damage, plumbing issues behind walls) are discovered during renovation.
A deposit is required to secure your project date and cover initial material costs. Subsequent payments are due at specified project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client satisfaction.
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays caused by weather, material shortages, or changes requested by the client may extend the completion date.
Perfect Home Vibe provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor. Manufacturer warranties apply to all appliances and materials. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or damages caused by third parties.
